Shipping Policy

We ship from our base in Australia and aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Here’s what you need to know about shipping with rtom.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service selected.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your courier details and tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We work with trusted carriers, but occasionally delays can occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Public holidays
- Remote or regional locations
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the courier. We can’t take responsibility for delays outside our control.
Receiving Your Order
You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing:
- Inspect the parcel for damage or tampering
- If the package appears empty or opened, do not sign, and report it to the courier immediately
If you sign for a delivery and later discover it has been tampered with or items are missing, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement unless it’s reported at the time of delivery.
Keep Your Receipt
Hold on to your delivery receipt and order confirmation email in case you need to contact us about your purchase.
