This website is operated by rtom. ("rtom.", "we", "us", or "our"). We're based in New South Wales and specialise in wellness products, including our signature insulated shaker bottles.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We may cancel or reject orders due to stock issues, errors, or concerns about your payment.

• Prices are in AUD and include GST
• Shipping is added at checkout
• Payment must be authorised and valid

We accept various secure payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship your order quickly. Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Ownership of goods transfers to you when delivery is completed.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for customised products unless they’re faulty.

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@rtom.com.au. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on your screen. Some items may be available only while stock lasts.

8. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Any personal info you share with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to RTOM. Please don’t use or reproduce it without permission.

10. Site Errors

Sometimes mistakes happen. We may correct errors or cancel orders with incorrect pricing or info — even after your order is confirmed.

11. Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if something goes wrong.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the applicable laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.
