We want you to love your rtom. gear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Faulty Items
If you receive a product that’s faulty or unusable, we’re happy to replace it or offer a full refund — including shipping.
Note: Minor blemishes or small cosmetic imperfections in the finish (e.g. light marks or paint inconsistencies) are not considered faults and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong colour or changed your mind, we may offer store credit (excluding shipping) at our discretion.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return shipping is your responsibility
- You must contact us before sending anything back
We do not offer full refunds for change-of-mind returns.
How to Arrange a Return
Please email our team at support@rtom.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refund Time Frame
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
